The raw materials of the electrode paste include electric calcined coal, calcined coal, asphalt, coal tar,anode scrap, graphite powder, and calcined coke powder. Of Which, electric calcined coal and calcined coal are the authentic Taixi coal from Ningxia.

The electrode paste is different from other product, and the electrode paste used on each submerged arc furnace is non-standard.Although the customer will give a range of parameters they need when sending us an inquiry at begining, in order to produce a product that is completely suitable for the furnace, we’ll go to look into it and check the furnace condition; The structure of the chamber of the furnace and the ratio of the material charging will affect the performance of the electrode paste being used. Our formula in production is based on the results of the furnace inspection.
