(1) The driving source of the functional crystallizer adopts CNC servo electric cylinder, which is the world's first technology. Servo electric cylinders are widely used in aviation, military industry, machine tools, robots, metallurgical equipment and other fields, and are the most widely used driving method in the field of high-end transmission technology in the world. The CNC servo electric cylinder has simple structure, fast response speed, high control accuracy, does not need hydraulic tubing, is easy to install, resists high temperature and vibration, and is fully adapted to the production environment of the metallurgical industry. Using CNC servo electric cylinder as the driving source, the system structure is light and easy to maintain.

(2) Functional crystallizer slimming. The vibration table is changed to a non-vibrating support frame, and the foot roller and the zero section are fixed on a non-vibrating and hoistable support frame, and the vibration quality of the mold is reduced. The advantages of the lighter mold vibration mass are energy saving; secondly, the guide is easier, the deflection is small, and it is easier to realize arc imitation.
